A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will migrate your website(s) to our first–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted downtime. That’s the reason why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly proficient administrators whose only task is to make certain that your website performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon popular web apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are plenty of variables to keep in mind – the total amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do try to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour time frame. Less sizeable websites are migrated much faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t gather any private information. We will need, however, the login information for your present hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to move.

When we have finished the migration, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the name server resource records for your domain. Your website will be migrated over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
